TFHA

The Tryon Farm Homeowners Association oversees homeowner matters relating to the Condominium Declarations and Bylaws such as landscape maintenance, capital improvements to common areas, snow removal, rental policies and insurance.

TFI

Within Tryon Farm, 112 acres of prairies, wetlands, and woodlands are conserved by the Tryon Farm Institute (TFI). TFI is a member-based not-for profit chartered to steward the land and offer nature based education and cultural programming. Homes cannot be built on TFI land, and TFI members do not need to be residents of Tryon Farm.

ENA

Edward Noonan & Associates is the active developer for Tryon Farm responsible for the design and construction of new home builds. The property is still evolving, and a few new homes sites remain. When a new homeowner builds at Tryon Farm, upon occupancy permit they become a part of the TFHA.
